Goal: BTCC FUND RAISING TO IMPROVE GROUNDS AROUND BUILDING
Great voluntareism and Fun meeting friends and others in community.
- Please save and collect all items you want to sell in Yard sale to donate all to
BTCC. (One Man’s Trash is Another Man’s Treasure) - Please form a group of 6-8 families and nominate 2 of you to set up Table under
Canopy from 12 noon-5 PM and be a seller until all items sold. Any left over items
to be taken back, please. - Table, chairs and Pop up Canopy will be provided. (If you have canopy please
let us know,so we can use it.) - Please contact us once group is formed and name group and give leaders’
names ASAP.

- Be Games’ volunteer with group games and small competitions planned that day.
- Yard Sale, Food, music, Art exhibits, fun games and information booths are planned.
