Welcome to our community under Bharatiya Temple & Cultural Center (BTCC KY), a spiritual and cultural home in Lexington, Kentucky, deeply rooted in the timeless traditions of Bharatiya Sanatan Dharma. Founded three decades ago in 1996, our temple began as a shared vision among 20 pioneering families who came together with a collective dream: to establish a sacred space for regular prayers, devotion, and the preservation of Indian culture.
Through their dedication, land was acquired and a beautiful sanctuary was mindfully built in full alignment with local laws, creating a lawful, welcoming environment for spiritual growth. Over the last 30 years, our temple family has flourished, beautifully bridging heritage and home by welcoming an ever-growing community of both Indian and American members. Guided by our foundational mission, we remain dedicated to celebrating the rich tapestry of Indian culture in the United States.
